BOMAT Heiztechnik GmbH
BOMAT with new modular systems
At the ISH 2015, this specialist in flue gas heat exchangers introduced a new and individually designed system for oil and gas combustion systems as well as for industrial heating sources and CHP units.
BOMAT Heiztechnik GmbH takes the international ISH trade fair, held in Frankfurt, very seriously, and this year proved no exception. The company, which operates from Überlingen on Lake Constance, used this platform to present its new Minitherm IR and Profitherm AR flue gas heat exchangers to the numerous trade visitors from Germany and abroad. Thanks to their innovative modular design, both systems are extremely impressive when it comes to individual output matching, compact dimensions, straightforward integration into existing heating systems and their price/performance ratio.
“Our clever development engineers have enabled us to respond flexibly, swiftly and affordably to customer demands for high performance and efficiency specifically tailored to their needs. Of course this comes, as standard, in proven BOMAT quality, together with high reliability and a long service life”, stated BOMAT managing director Gerhard Schneider. “Their highly compact design enables these new heat exchangers to be installed or retrofitted almost anywhere. In addition we were able to achieve a price reduction of up to 30 percent”, continued Schneider.
In principle, the new modular heat exchangers are available in two versions: the Minitherm IR and the Profitherm AR. The new Minitherm IR is distinguished by flue gas routing within the tube bundle. This form of arrangement was specifically developed for CHP units with an output ranging from 2 to 120 kW (electrical). The Profitherm AR, on the other hand, routes the flue gases outside of the tube bundle. The Profitherm AR series can be used for recovering latent heat in flue gases from industrial heating sources as well as from oil and gas boilers. Their output ranges from 50 kW to 4 MW (boiler output). The flexible water flow arrangement also streamlines integration into existing heating systems.
